A US multinational with a 360° panoramic view of Paris
Our Client is a US multinational financial services firm founded in 2000. Listed on the Fortune 500, S&P 500, and Russell 1000, the company owns exchanges for financial and commodity markets and operates 12 regulated exchanges and marketplaces. The company also owns and operates six central clearing houses.
The financial firm reached out to Allure when their existing offices in Paris were outdated, no longer aligned with their business ambitions and the image they wanted to communicate to their employees.
The Group brand and office design guide imposed were very clear. So, our Client had a clear idea of the expected result. The project required navigating a broad range of stakeholders within the Group and adhering to a strict set of IT guidelines specific to financial institutions.
Despite the project’s small scale, it demanded a high level of technical expertise. The requirement to use imposed UK subcontractors for certain trades and the fact that the project involved a multi-owned building added further layers of complexity.
The stakeholders chose Allure because they were looking for a bilingual project team that understood international companies and how they operated.
Allure successfully coordinated the entire project with all the internal teams involved, and the employees were very pleased to move into their new workspace in early June 2024.
