Allure partnered with Flichy Grangé Avocats to give life to their new offices located inside Le Centorial, one of the most historical buildings in Paris.
With nearly 80 lawyers from a wide range of backgrounds and professional horizons, and twelve areas of expertise, Flichy Grangé Avocats is a real partner to the legal and human resources departments of French and international companies, and is one of the leading law firms in employment law.
Last year, the firm decided to move its headquarters inside the prestigious building also known as “Le Centorial”: a strategic address in the centre of Paris, located in a very renowned area within the 2° arrondissement, between Palais Brongniart and Palais Garnier.
In order to develop a project coherent with its image, the firm decided to collaborate with Allure to translate its vision into a post-modern architectural renovation project.
Flichy Grangé Avocats had several goals, in particular to be innovative while respecting the firm’s internal organisation, to create a friendly working environment that encourages mutual support, to reflect the firm’s image and to continue to attract the best talents.

The whole design process was brought to life through Allure’s signature approach, the Define-Design-Deliver method: focusing on a deep analysis of the firm’s culture, needs and ways of working, our team of designers conceived the spatial organisation that encourages mutual support, collaboration and encounters among the different teams.
Factors such as natural light, multiple views of the outside, and a dedicated study on ceiling heights, played a decisive role for the whole project development, guaranteeing both optimal technical qualities and a pleasant experience for the final users.
The project is characterized by an even distribution of different types of offices: open and collaborative spaces, such as meeting rooms, lounge areas, tea rooms and the cafeteria are well mixed with enclosed offices, meeting rooms and private areas dedicated to confidential matters, in order to promote collaboration at all levels, creating a space aimed at fostering teamwork, privacy, and functionality.
In order to fully convey the firm’s DNA, the choice of volumes, shapes and materials was developed through a close and constant collaboration with the client. The goal was to reflect the spirit of the firm as faithfully as possible, representing the values they strongly believe in: quality, reliability and empathy.
To achieve this goal, Allure’s team opted for a soft and welcoming color palette, with a few bright touches aligned with Flichy Grangé’s brand colors.
Everything has been designed to guarantee comfort, efficiency and confidentiality, all topped off by an unobstructed view of the Parisian roofs, which is an integral part of the décor and provides a breath of fresh air to the workspaces.
Expertise and creativity, combined with a constant collaboration and communication between Flichy Grangé Avocats and Allure, have resulted in an innovative office space that combines functionality, aesthetics and the firm’s unique vision.
