A unique office space offering a new workplace experience.
The area comprised between Faubourg Saint-Honoré, Avenue Matignon, rue de Penthièvre and rue de Miromesnil represents the Parisian stronghold of great antique dealers and prestigious art galleries. In a spirit of tradition and renewal, the area is dotted with both art dealers who have been established here for generations and art galleries that have just moved in.
Within this extremely art-driven context, the Parisian branch of Elan Edelman, finds its place. Headquartered in Chicago, the award-winning global communications marketing firm partners with the world’s leading businesses and organizations to evolve, promote and protect their brands and reputations.
When Edelman decided to renovate the interior design of their Parisian office, reducing the overall surface by nearly 50% (going from 2000 sqm to 1200 sqm), the task of translating their corporate culture and mix it with the local teams and needs, was assigned to Allure.
The goal expressed by the client was to create a space where it would be possible to connect, in order to brainstorm, imagine and create; a place that could be perceived as original, in order to share, meet and be inspired, and a place that could be the ideal location to welcome international partners and prestigious guests.
Our main keywords for the project were:
Innovate: the project needed to represent a space for collaborative work, socialising and learning. The space was supposed to stimulate creativity, facilitate coworking, and enrich the daily interaction.
Getting together: Edelman’s Paris HQ is a place where experience, contact, brainstorming, and creativity take form through physical encounters and intellectual connectivity, meaning that the design needed to facilitate the gathering of groups of various sizes and backgrounds, with the aim of productive meetings, conviviality and fruitful exchange.
Receive: the Paris offices are a place aimed at receiving important clients as well as international employees of the Edelman Group. Creating a sense of prestige and elegance, combined with the creativity intrinsic to the Elan Edelman environment, was one of the main themes that needed to be considered throughout the whole process.
Following the client’s guidelines, and through a deep analysis of the company’s culture carried out through our Define-Design-Deliver method, we delivered a completely new space capable of offering a unique workplace experience, where guests can feel welcomed and the different teams can connect, innovate, and constantly feel motivated.
